Method 1

1. -Enable usb debugging from Menu > Settings > Applications
2. -return to home screen
3. -plug usb cable in
4. -pull down status bar
5. -press ‘ connect usb storage’ button

Method 2

There is an alternate method without enabling USB Debugging Mode.

1. Open (Settings)
2. Then chose (Wireless & Network)
3. Then chose (USB utilities) and click the button
4. Then plug in USB cable
